I visited the store and, unfortunately, was not acknowledged or greeted by any staff for over 20 minutes. While I understand the store may have been busy, there were at least four employees present, and not one made an effort to welcome or assist incoming customers—this reflects a serious lack of customer service.
Additionally, the phone I was looking for was not in stock. When I asked a staff member if he could recommend another store or check availability elsewhere, he simply stated that he didn’t have access to other stores’ inventory and could not assist further. As someone who has worked in sales for over 25 years, I know that customer service means going the extra mile—not stopping the moment you can’t meet a request directly. A better approach would’ve been offering to place an order online or provide alternative options.
The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the interaction left me disappointed. Exceptional service should never be optional—it should be the standard. There’s definitely room for improvement here.

I walk in the store these girls were so amazing treated me so nice resolved my problem give me a phone with a great price and great plan I always come to this location I really recommend this store.

My friend has this service and metro by t mobile is the ABSOLUTE WORSE. When you try to make a payment on line you can not. If you call in or go to the store they want ro charge you a $5 fee. This bogus fee charged to thousands of individuals lines the pocket of this thieving company. I hit my braking point today and am porting all number, metro by t mobile has been giving me the run around filor two hours and every person I speak with tells a different lie. I am ready fir them but they are not ready for me.....fire and brimstone is coming.

I did not give 5 stars because when I bought a phone there in the past, she gave me back the top part of my old charger with the new wire that plugs into the socket and kept my new top. So I have a black top (old) and a white wire (new).

I love coming to this store. Brenda always takes good care of me with a smile on her face. She explains everything to me in a way that I can understand she definitely does a great job.

I called to see if they had a specific phone. Sounds like a spanish lady that answered. She picked up and had an attitude and acted like I was calling her person phone and I was bothering her. They need better customer service people. Time to clean house management.

Great customer service!!! The employees AT THIS LOCATION are patient, informative and professional. The best Metro PCS I have been to. There are two within 2 miles of my house, but I prefer to drive the extra 15 minutes to come here. Same company but different experience and customer service at other locations I have visited.
