I did not give 5 stars because when I bought a phone there in the past, she gave me back the top part of my old charger with the new wire that plugs into the socket and kept my new top. So I have a black top (old) and a white wire (new).

I love coming to this store. Brenda always takes good care of me with a smile on her face. She explains everything to me in a way that I can understand she definitely does a great job.

I called to see if they had a specific phone. Sounds like a spanish lady that answered. She picked up and had an attitude and acted like I was calling her person phone and I was bothering her. They need better customer service people. Time to clean house management.

Great customer service!!! The employees AT THIS LOCATION are patient, informative and professional. The best Metro PCS I have been to. There are two within 2 miles of my house, but I prefer to drive the extra 15 minutes to come here. Same company but different experience and customer service at other locations I have visited.

Iwas very pimpressed with the way Ms. Carlita at the Clinton, Maryland storehandled her customers, including me. Working solo, shemade sure to acknowledge everyone who entered. Along line formed, but she served each of us quickly. She seemed to have vast knowledhe of of the various plans and phones. Most impressivly, she answered everone's questions while 0taking payments and selling. I was amazed at her efenciency and patience.. From now on I will only go to thatWoodyard Rd store . I like the way i was treated there.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This is one shady business. I paid $211.68 for their BYOP plan but the service never got working for me. Mind you, I only paid for sim cards and air service. I worked with the customer service line for weeks trying to get a refund and every time they said they would do it for me. However, each time was actually a delay tactic because in their "contract" it says no refunds after 7 days. Finally, I spoke to a general manager who basically said I have no right to be upset and she made no attempts to make the situation right. She was extremely defensive and didn't understand customer service in the least. I even capitulated to simply accepting phone service that works (because I didn't have a single day of working service in almost a month) rather than a refund. But she got stuck on, "How dare you be upset and talk over me." She never once offered an apology or any kind of means to make the situation right. I worked in customer service for 20 years, and that is simply not how you do business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
