I do wish there was a clearer explanation of clipper lengths (3, 5, 7), as my dog’s haircut turned out shorter than expected — still cute, just different! The groomer called during the session to confirm how to handle a small issue, which I really appreciated. I also love the one-pet check-in rule — it keeps things calm and safe. The price was a bit higher than quoted online but still reasonable. Overall, a good experience and I’ll definitely be bringing my pup back!”

“I realized I needed a crate for my pooch after reading & observing him finding small corners up & downstairs to relax versus staying on the main level that's completely open. I also chatted with friends who limit their dogs roaming time. I was also exhausted from the days of comparing Amazon crate reviews. So to satisfy my Frenchie's den instincts I headed to Petco. They were well stocked. I needed help to properly size him. Found a bright eyed associate who was glad to help. After we determined the size & selected the coordinating doggie mat, I asked her if she would get one of the guys to bring the large crate outside. She said I'm the guy! She rang me up with a smile, talked about her large breed dogs, & was ready to put the crate in my trunk when I pulled around. Her customer service was excellent!!!! Much appreciated on an otherwise challenging day.”

“Great selection and good prices! This place has a Vetco Mobile Unit and offers really affordable vaccines. I paid about $200 for 2 total trips that covered all vaccines for our dog. They were very accommodating as we have a reactive dog. The dog food selection is top notch! They also have a few of the harder to find animals like cockatiels. It's worth the trip from DC”
