Customer service is rude and if they don't know what the product is, they try to make you feel stupid. I'm not one to complain because I know customer service can be draining to some most of the time but y'all gotta pull it together it's not that hard.

The lines are often too long which is why I go out of my way not to make this my neighborhood store. Thank Gi's for the new Aldi

I live in this area, I absolutely hate this Safeway. Its dirty, poor quality service and it smells like bad meat. The refrigerators and freezers are always broken. Long lines with 2 cashier's. I only go here in extreme emergencies. Avoid this store, the new Aldi across Branch Ave will be getting my business.
