He is always so friendly and especially gentle and friendly with my dog which is very important seeing she is skeptical of most men and he comes and goes to fix things in our home. I recommend Topfield for anyone who is interested in living in a quiet apartment complex close to nature. Very dog friendly. Ps chanteria is also really great!!”

“This is a great place to live! Yes, there a few people who have had a rough time here i know, but you will not find a better property management team than at The Apartments at Saddle Brooke. These folks really care about their tenants and try to resolve problems as quickly as possible. I believe you will not find a better place to rent an apartment in Cockeysville.”

I appreciate the prompt assistance to my emergency concern.06/09/23….I appreciate the air purifier machine that I was allowed to use for a few days.—————————————————-I misplaced my mailbox keys. They were replaced fairly quickly and the maintenance guys were professional and respectful.”

Emily Baez at the front desk (marketing consultant) is literally the sweetest — super kind, super friendly, and always so outgoing. She makes coming into the office feel like talking to a friend.

Mary Bradshears, the assistant community manager, always makes sure I’m okay and taken care of. Whatever I need, she checks in, answers all my questions with so much patience, and keeps everything positive. She’s so kind, so outgoing, and she loves to make you laugh. I always feel supported with her.

And Bridgie, the community manager? She’s amazing. Anytime I need help, she’s right there making sure I’m taken care of. She stays on top of every detail, communicates clearly, and truly goes the extra mile to keep the community running smoothly. Her leadership shows — you can feel it in how organized, welcoming, and stress-free everything is. I seriously appreciate her.

Plus, the maintenance team? They’re top tier. They always get things done quickly, they show up on time, and they don’t play about fixing things right the first time.”

“I left a review for Henderson-Webb because across all their properties, I was experiencing a lot of miscommunication and some frustration. However, there is a woman at the front desk of Cranbrook Apartments who is very kind, even though I know I’m not the easiest person to deal with. I ask a million questions, and if I don’t understand, I’ll ask a million more.

Whenever I’ve spoken with the woman who was working today—August 4th, and I believe she was working alone—she has never let me down. She always gives me direct answers, tells me exactly where to go, and explains how to get things done.

One day, I came in very upset. I don’t remember why, and I’m not sure how I came across, but it wasn’t a tone I’d want someone to take with me. She recognized that I was upset and shared a bit about her daughter’s condition, explaining how she relates to mine. I’m terrible with names, so I wish I knew hers. All I know is that she has brown hair, is Caucasian, has a daughter, and a boyfriend who is a contractor.

She is a very nice woman, a very hard worker, and the fact that she puts up with me in a situation where I don’t understand everything going on I consider her to be incredibly kind person or at the very least incredibly tolerant”

“I have lived at Steeplechase apartments for almost 3 years now. By far this is the best apartment building I’ve lived at. I love the balcony and the washer and dryer that comes with the apartments, especially since my previous apartment didn’t have a balcony or washer and dryer. The staff at the rental office are always professional and very helpful. Ivan the manager, has always assisted me with whatever I needed. He really works with his residents. This community is very quiet and clean and we never really have any major safety issues. And as far as maintenance for my experience, I never had any issues and things were fixed within one or two days. I am completely satisfied with this community and my stay at Steeplechase Apartments. So if you’re looking for a place to move, come join Steeplechase Apartments.”
