Giving a 3 star only because I haven't lived in Rossbrooke 1996 Henderson and Webb where the original owners then. Moved because of a lawsuit against them. . Quiet and clean place to live ....

During peak summer, on a Friday evening, when the Air conditioning broke/not working, emergency Helpdesk responded saying "you need to wait till Monday morning, your case is not emergency as YOU HAVE MOVED IN MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AGO". -- Just pathetic!, how to give -ve 5 stars
