“I had a chip on my windshield I needed to fix before an inspection, service was quick, and the gentlemen at the front desk was so sweet and kept me updated on the whole process, I wish I got his name. You can barely see the chip anymore. Everyone was nice, quick service, would recommend. I was going through insurance but for some reason I think I selected I wanted an extra add on service during my appointment so I was going to have to pay $45. The man at the front desk caught it and told me I didn’t need it and took it off for me to made sure nothing came out of pocket, thank you Safelite!”
“I recently had the pleasure of working with Maryland Collision Center in Parkville, MD, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, Brady and Tommy provided exceptional service. They took the time to explain the process of repainting my Nissan GTR's quarter panel and kept me updated every step of the way.
Brady's attention to detail and Tommy's expertise made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They truly care about their customers and their vehicles. The quality of the work is outstanding; my GTR looks as good as new! If you need collision repair or paintwork, don’t hesitate to visit Maryland Collision Center. You won’t be disappointed!”
“These guys are amazing. Their customer service was very kind and helpful and their service technician was also very good. If you're looking for an alternative to the other guys, this is the right company to get your windshield replaced.”
“I enjoyed coming to friendly auto for my safety inspection. Jay was very friendly and helpful to arrange an appointment the same day. The inspection was thorough and quick. Very satisfied with the good service.”
“All of the staff at this business was extremely helpful and compassionate, especially Ashlyn at the front desk. They went out of their way to help us remove our belongings. The entire experience was painless. Thank all of you very much.”
“I would have given 5 stars, I have used the service here twice. The first time the lines show touch up work and there is a stain the the front passenger fender paint possibly it and it was sealed in.The next occasion to use the services of these craftsmen, the rear of my jeep was crunched very badly. This place amazed me and everyone who has seen my jeep since!!! Superior craftsmanship!!!!”
“Best Window Tinting I've ever seen in Maryland,. The support team are well trained and tuned. Their service is international and top class. I love to take it again and again. Thanks”

“Truly the best auto mechanic in the DMV. I feel so blessed to have this level of kindness, care, and compassion when it comes to servicing my vehicles from such a hardworking and dedicated team. Honesty and integrity go a long way in my book, especially in the world we live in, and I feel so grateful for the care this team has put into making sure I'm taken care of. Both York Road and Falls Road locations are amazing, there's no where else I trust! Thank you Paul, Greg, and the whole team!”
