Very smooth check in and return process. Jeff is very helpful when I need a cord to connect my cellphone to CarPlay. He actually gave me his own power cord to help me connect to CarPlay.

I've had other good experiences with Enterprise, so I'll rent with them again. But this last rental was disappointing--no adaptive cruise control or lane-keeping assistance, and warped brake rotors made it scary to drive cross-country!!
