“Recently I rented a SUV from the Randallstown Md location. It was a very comfortable ride, but then that, the customer service experience was phenomenal. From the employees up to the employer. Each of them were super knowledgeable, quick, sufficient and professional. I have rented several vehicles from them over the years and it seems like the manager is always there when I go there for a rented. What a super great person. My mom met the manager today and was like now that's a nice person! Thanks for your service Randallstown EnterpriseS. Brooks-myers”

“It sometimes takes a bit of research to get the best service.I needed a car so I connected the branch at 619 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204.The service was terrible. The guy "who was in charge" acted like a jerk and I was not served.I did a search for branches near where my car was being fixed on Harford Road and all my needs were addressed in a professional manner and even gave me a lift to pick up my car.I had to seek them out but mission accomplished, thanks for your stellar service.”

“My experience with this rental car company was a seamless process from the moment that I made contact with the call center. While most car rental companies require a credit card when renting a car and/or subject the customer to an astronomical incidental hold amount, NextCar does not. Upon making contact with the call center, I was successful in securing a reservation with my debit card. Additionally, the customer service representative ensured that I was aware of aware of all requirements prior to arriving at the NextCar location to retrieve the vehicle. Notwithstanding the above, the daily rate was approximately $30 cheaper per day than compared to other companies (e.g. Enterprise, Budget, Avis. etc.) Given this experience, I am not dubious in that I will continue to utilize this company for future rentals. Lastly, the staff at the Liberty Road location were nothing short of kind, welcoming, and thorough. The locations' Manager, Ms. Ali is indelibly a wonderful representation of the NextCar company of which is unequivocally appreciated. In the event that any reader is skeptical as to the validity of this review, I am in no way associated with the NextCar company or its affiliates.”

“Griffins does Auto Repair and Customer Service right. My family has trusted them with our vehicles for years. Recently I needed them to replace damaged wiring, and as usual they went above and beyond, getting me an extension for the emissions inspection and inflating a tire that was low.Services: Electrical repair”

“We made a decision to be without a car until the car market improves before purchasing a new car.Margaretta is wonderful. She is always accommodating and trustworthy. The rental cars are clean, and are in great condition. You can’t beat their prices. I have told friends and family about renting a car here. I would highly recommend this place.”

“As a now former customer of Enterprise, I was pleasantly surprised to find out how much cheaper NextCar was to rent. Needed a car while mine was in the shop, and rented a very nice Hyundai Accent for $30/day. The checkout process was quick and painless, with all the forms being electronic. Will be back the next time I need a car rental!”

“I'm new to this area and needed to find a mechanic; I talked with 3 people and they all recommended Adolph's! I left my car the night before and they called me when it was ready, no problems, everything done well and they used a better oil. They also told me I only need to come every 5000 miles; my prior mechanic had me coming every 3000 miles. I liked the people and the work, very professional, kind, pleasant and very helpful too. I had another problem _ I needed to have”

I called at 9a.m. that morning before I arrived because I had a question about my return she was very kind and knowledgeable. Fast forward a few hours later when I arrived she remembered me and my call earlier that day she did her inspection and got the vehicle returned right away so I could carry on with my day. “A couple of years ago we had a very bad experience with zipcar. We went out of way to get a pickup truck at two different locations and waited around. We called customer service and the ppl that had it said they would be back soon but wasn't and the rep honked the car twice and finally they stopped answering. Customer service promised they would reimburse us if we got a U haul which we did and then we got a huge runaround every time we called to get reimbursed or went in to their office in mount Vernon. So we were done and canceled our membership. Then Avis bought them and I found myself in need of a car to get around in the city from time to time. If there was another competitor I would have gladly used them instead but they are the only game in town and my university subsidizes my membership. They are expanding now and i see zipcar stations popping up all the time. I use zipcar a whole bunch these days to get around to appointments. Rates and car availability are good by where I live. I've had very few problems. Once the driver before me was late 10 mins and I had to wait a few mins. Didn't know whether they were charged the late fee but it did enfringe upon my Rez. I always time my Rez for the most bang for my buck. I constantly take advantage of the fact that I can get the car 14 mins early if no one has it before me and I always return the car 15 mins early so I don't get dinged for the late fee. There have been a few times where I've had to extend 30 mins to an hour via text because my appt was running late. Sometimes there were system glitches where I've had to call in to extend it even tho there is not a person right after me. There was a time where i couldn't depress the parking brake and they switched me out to another car. There was another time when I took a different zipcar than the one i reserved because it was 6 in the morning and I was groggy and they didn't notice until an hour later and switched my Rez. I was surprised I was able to unlock a vehicle I didn't have a Rez for. These are pretty minor things and I've been happy with zipcar but it is pretty stressful if you are running late and don't know if ur car is available for extension. I would also say it also sucks that if there is an issue like gas or Trouble with a parking brake it sucks into your time. They should at least compensate you with a 15 min credit or something. I'll admit that I'm a bad zipper due to this so I'm always in a hurry so I've never refilled the tank ever. Incentives would really help in this area. I would say as long as it's relatively uneventful everything should be fine and it has been. I think if there would be a major issue, they would totally suck. The terms if you get into an accident are really bad and I imagine it would be a major hassle to settle with them and your insurance or credit card company.”
