“I had an exceptional experience with Costello's Ace Hardware store. I purchased a Blackstone Grill the weekend after Memorial Day, and they delivered it on Sunday, less than 24 hours after I placed my order.
The service exceeded my expectations in several ways:
* They delivered the grill fully assembled.
* Instead of just dropping it at my door, they placed it on my deck.
* They even handed me a battery for the starter, explaining that they often receive calls from customers who don't realize a battery is needed.
The entire process was seamless and thoughtful. The delivery team was professional and attentive. I was so impressed with their service that I tipped them. Highly recommended!”

“Vince... a very gregarious and knowledge owner/salesperson. It was a pleasure visiting his store for the first time and meeting him. I learned it was a family business that he's now run for decades. The store is packed to the ceiling and displayed attractively out front, with just about everything you'd need/expect in a hardware store (not lumber yard.)I'd called in and he was able to salvage the correct part for my lawn mower from one that was located "out back." He saved me approx. $20 by getting me the handle I needed, which didn't have it's own individual part number, without having to by the whole self-propel control unit.I will return.”
“Sherwin Williams in Homeland is one of the best SW in the Baltimore area. The Store Manager, Andrew T, is very patient, explains in great detail about the various paint products, and has a good sense of color. He is also extremely organized and always asks to place the room location on the paint, which is so helpful when you’re painting an entire house in multiple colors.
I’ve observed him interact with his employees and he treats them with respect and kindness. He’s a true team player.
I highly recommend you visiting his store (near Belvedere Square and Staples). I also highly recommend SW promoting him within the company.”

We've gone back several times to get recommendations, prices, etc. Every single time, the employees we spoke to were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in helping us. This is so rare to find these days and we're grateful for all the help we got prior to purchasing our paint and supplies. Highly recommended! “I went to the Sherwin-Williams on Joppa Road in Towson and was helped by Jason. He was amazing and epitomizes what great customer service should be everywhere. He not only explained how to get rust of of some S-W paint I bought a few years ago, but he then got a strainer and did it for me. I asked several other questions and he offered spit on advice. I did make some purchases based on his sincere advice. I’m sure the other associates are also great, but as long as Jason is there I’m loyal to this store. Thank you!”
