“Great selection of pet products and a really awesome bath section. It's easy to move around in, each stall is separate and private, there is a grate to keep the paws out of the dirty water and an industrial hair dryer.Also, a doggie pool as well although we didn't have a chance to use it yet.”

The dogs and cats I got to meet were beyond sweet and just want love.Moose (a larger white cat with black spots) was very shmoozy as was Jessica (a petite mostly black cat). “I am not in the habit of posting reviews, but I had to post a shout out to our most recent groomer, Brandon G, at the Anneslie Petco on York Road. We’ve had our dog groomed by other people in the past, but he’s never come back to us as clean and de-shedded as he did after seeing Brandon. Thank you thank you for the amazing job you did on our dog!! 10/10 recommend him for your double coated doggos!!Also, it was great to talk to Ericca about dog training sessions! Super friendly and knowledgeable!!”

“I am so pleased with the service I received from this location and will recommend Chrissy to anyone looking for an attentive, kind, and talented groomer.I picked my baby up from this appointment and she looked happy and calm which was not my experience at all different groomer who did not treat my dog well (different location). My dog was groomed by Chrissy and she gave me exactly what I asked for - a schnauzer type cut with a trimmed skirt. Before Chrissy, I had a traumatic experience with groomer at a different Persmart location. As a result, I had been driving 3 hours for my dogs cut because the groomer we trusted lived 3 hours away, but now I have one locally in Chrissy and I’m thankful. We will be back!”

“Great shopping experience. Everything is easy to find and clearly labeled for pet parents in need of essentials. Aisles were well stocked, and pets in the store with their parents were well behaved. There were lots of supplies available in case one of the pets had an oopsie while shopping.There seemed to a never-ending aisle of food choices for canines, felines, reptiles, amphibians, fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, and almost any kind of pet imaginable!OTC medications, clothing itemsThe cashier was a little rude and impatient, not to mention he was lacking basic knowledge about services provided by Petco. Even if he didn't know the prices off the top of his head (because that can be alot of information, and to be honest I wouldnt expect him to know the price of every service offered on demand), as an employee tasked with helping customers he should know basic information like services offered. After surmising that he didn't know the answer to my question, I simply requested an informative brochure in an effort to obtain the information sought. However, he did not give me the brochure containing information that was needed. I asked for the brochure related to veterinary services available at Petco, but instead he gave me a brochure with general information about caring for a pet and their needs (feeding, training, toys, grooming, etc. that are available). While all of this is great information to have...it is neither what I needed nor requested. Unfortunately, the information isn't available on the website either ?. Overall, my visit to this location was a pleasant one, and I am likely to return in the future!”
