How long are you going to keep taking regular price for the rooms meanwhile people can't watch any kind of television. It's been over a week, either compensate us for some of theoney or move us to the side of the hotel that has access to television.

Right now we are unable to open our room door lock. The batteries need to be changed but that can't happen until tomorrow. It is going to rain again and who wants to move rooms in b the rain.
