Well let me tell you, Ms. Ebony owes me nothing. Her warm smile and greeting, after entering the office, made my choice of stepping up and out, even more a confirmation. She was attentive and knowledgeable, as an expert should be. She didn't leave no stone unturned. Her responses were very friendly. She didn't do a "win-over" speech, she just gave phenomenal customer service. KUDOS to Wintergreen Apartments for having a phenomenal staff to ease away fear and uncertainty. Thanks Ebony!! :)”

They're always prompt when requested. The property is clean and maintained pretty darn good; It's family oriented, quiet, and peaceful. I personally haven't had any issues since I've been here. Take a quick tour, it may just be your next move.Peace and Love!”

“The price is better then most places, the apartment is spacious for a 2 bedroom, it's almost too much. The absolute best part is the maintenance people. They're prompt and fast with repairs. Most of the time it's next day. We moved in the AC wasn't working on a holiday weekend, it was fixed the next day. Our microwave died, and it was replaced that week, with a brand new one that was mid range, not bottom rung. Super happy with the management. there isn't any bells and whistles, but then again I don't have to pay for those either.The whole experience has been awesome. One of the best apartments I've ever been in.”

“One of the best apartment in Cockeysville. It is associated with Padonia International School which is also one of the best school in nearby area. It is very near to Groceries shops like Walmart, Target and Food Lion. Restaurants like Sangam. Well connected to bus stop (bus no 93) although few times bus gets cancelled, please refer Google maps for live status. Although little expensive than other communities nearby but the best thing with this community is all utilities are included other than electricity. You have option to set your room temperature independently. Washing machine and dryer in within your apartment. Leasing process is very smooth and leasing officers are good. Maintenance is also very good and on time. You have swimming pool, gym, childern park and bench on parks. There are no Lifts in any of the communities in this area as all are upto 3 floors only. Few issues people here face are like apartment gate locker system is very very bad (many faced automatic gate locked on weekends), car parking is a problem specially in Reldas Road, floor is wooden you can hear noises. Overall good to live here than any other communities nearby and the problem mostly people face here are less compared to other communities and it can be very easily rectified if management gets proper feedback to look for some solutions.”
