“This place is the real deal! I brought my Jeep in after a sideswipe downtown, and the experience has been top-tier from the start.
They got me in promptly for an estimate and even ordered the necessary parts in advance before I dropped the car off. Communication has been excellent—they call every Wednesday with an update, and anytime I’ve called the shop with a question, I’ve been given a prompt and straightforward answer.
The repair is taking a little longer than I originally expected, but I’m thrilled knowing they’re taking the time to get it done right the first time around. I’d much rather have quality work than a rushed repair.

This alone is a game changer for me. I had been previously informed by a car dealer that I needed my transmission replaced due to a leak. This is what I was prepared for. Ben W was my POC at this point and informed me that I did not need a full transmission but a replacement of the pan and oil change and rear breaks. Tyre’s Auto has gained a regular customer.”

I was worried about paying for a new one if there might have been other problems besides that. They did everything they could even past their initial inspection to make sure there wasn’t. They do a thorough job and document everything with pictures and notes that are easily accessible and understandable. The team communicates clearly and gives you a honest and full picture (what can wait a bit, what is a priority, etc). I trust their assessment and recommendations. The techs have even done ride alongs with me to confirm what I was hearing/feeling. I cannot recommend this team enough!!”
“Had a problem with my steering, called AutoStream in Carney, MD and they were able to fit me in. Needed to order parts and they had to keep the car. It was finished the next day as promised. I have used AutoStream for another car in household and they have always been great. They go over, in detail, the diagnostics they perform and recommend absolute necessary things and other things that could wait. All personnel was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.”
“A good, honest auto mechanic is hard to find. ? I made an appointment to get my Maryland State inspection. I told the gentleman I might need front brakes. He said they only do brakes the right way and told me what it would cost, but also said I probably didn't need brakes. I don't know what he did, but my front suspension is tightened up and I didn't have to pay for a brake job because I didn't need brakes.

“My car broke down at a gas station on Northern Parkway. I called Allen’s because it was the closest shop and had good reviews. They told me over the phone what they thought was probably wrong based on my description and someone stayed late at the shop until I was able to get my car there and drop it off. It was fixed and ready to go by noon the next day. Car problems are never cheap but I found the price to be fair. Grateful that such a great place was nearby when I needed it most.”

I called one morning with brakes grinding and shuddering, and they said they'd try to squeeze me in. Dropped the truck off and received an estimate shortly thereafter. They got the brakes done with no issue. Amazing service, this is what all shops should be like.

“I got an alignment I can't speak about anything else but this alignment was no hassle.. I didn't get from them if we can't do it because of any reason you still got to pay forty dollars .. my tires were even worn from the car being off alignment I brought 1 tire with me but another one was kinda bad. He just let me know that it might throw it off a little ... It didn't, my car now drives as it should want a no hassle alignment go to them I waited 2 hr but I walked in at 2:30 on a Friday and they still got me in so... 5 stars”
