Communication has been excellent—they call every Wednesday with an update, and anytime I’ve called the shop with a question, I’ve been given a prompt and straightforward answer. The repair is taking a little longer than I originally expected, but I’m thrilled knowing they’re taking the time to get it done right the first time around. He said they only do brakes the right way and told me what it would cost, but also said I probably didn't need brakes. I don't know what he did, but my front suspension is tightened up and I didn't have to pay for a brake job because I didn't need brakes. I am so very grateful ??.”

“I'm so glad I finally found a competent shop to work on my 2019 Nissan Altima. Long story short, I had already been to two dealerships and both of them told me nothing was wrong with my car. The problem was my car would randomly shut off while I was driving, which is obviously pretty scary. They said they scanned it, test drove it, and couldn't find anything. I was honestly getting ready to sell the car until someone recommended Tek World Auto. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. The guys up front explained their diagnostic process and said there were a few things they wanted to check that dealerships sometimes overlook. They even gave me a shuttle ride home. About two hours later they called and said they found the problem. I couldn't believe it! It's been over a month now and my Altima has been running perfectly with zero issues.
