“Sunset Customs Creations provided excellent service and tasty treats for our granddaughter’s birthday! The treats were mermaid themed and were delicious! Especially the cake pops, the little kiddos really enjoyed them. We will definitely be coming back for more in the future!”

“Great place to find all types of things for reasonable prices. Lots of cute seasonal candies. Currently, they have a great selection of valentine's things, but Christmas was very well stocked too. Also, love that kids can get acceptable gifts for their friends from here.
Love this location. Don't forget to bring your reusable bags!”

“Found lots of fun gift items and personal items for low prices. Would be a great place to get room decor, a journal, Japanese snacks, tshirts, dog accessories or skincare. I also saw gym items, cell phone power banks and holiday decor.”
“their workers are extremely helpful, and make sure to answer any questions. There was a guy there that helped me buy my first wig and he catered to all my needs. they are so nice, and have a lot of options.”
“I most often get what I need. The aisles show loads of stuff, and sometimes you have to pass through twice so you don't miss a good deal. But, as long as I've been going there, I can't remember ever seeing anything for $1.00. Ironic.”
“You know what makes a place truly great? Kindness. Genuine care. Real human interaction.
I had such a wonderful experience at Five Below yesterday. Since they no longer have self-checkout, an associate rings you up. There was no line, and the sweetest woman helped my toddler and me. She didn't just ring up our items she made my daughter's day. She talked with her, made her laugh, and guided her through scanning her own toys. My little one thought it was the coolest thing ever! They chatted about her awesome new sunglasses, and before removing the tags to give to my daughter she politely asked my permission. That simple act of respect meant a lot because so many people just assume. When we finished, I found out this amazing employee was actually the new store manager, April. I truly hope she stays for a long time because this is the kind of leadership and customer service that keeps people coming back. We actually have a Five Below much closer to home, but we'll gladly make the longer drive for interactions like the one we had today.
Thank you April for reminding us that outstanding customer service isn't just about making a sale it's about making people feel welcome, valued, and creating moments that children and parents!will remember.”
