“Satellite is the best. They've kept our cars on the road for more than 40 years. The reason we drive Toyotas is because back then, that was all they serviced. Now they service all rice burners. Why are they so good? Skill & integrity. They know their stuff and are careful to make sure that all systems are in peak condition. This most recent visit they discovered a couple of incipient problems we didn't know about & fixed them. Over 40 years, occasionally stuff has happened, and they've always treated me right. “I own a 2015 BMW M4. My vehicle was slightly leaking oil due to a faulty valve cover. After getting two extraordinary high quotes from two different BMW dealerships ($1K difference between the two, not sure how that’s possible!). I decided to take my vehicle to MB Automotive Service.I was given a thorough explanation of the problem and I was physically shown where the problem was and what needed to be fix.I was given a honest and fair price quote much much cheaper than the lowest of the two BMW. dealerships. My vehicle was fixed in a timely and professional manner with no problems in the last 45 days since serviced. Also, they shared some BMW vehicle do’s and don’t to keep the vehicle running smoothly.Since my vehicle has been fixed, I returned to get a brake flush that was needed and I will be returning for any brake/fix items or scheduled service maintenance. “I cannot say enough good things about Hoons! I first started going maybe about two years ago for regular maintenance like oil changes and tire stuff. They have always been so kind and honest. Unfortunately I got into a hit and run a few weeks ago and had to replace almost the entire front portion of my car and they did such a stellar job. My car looks better than before the accident and they even vacuumed the inside of my car and cleaned the outside. I only had liability insurance on the car so I had to pay for everything out of pocket but they were so understanding and gave me all my options with my limited finances in mind.
