“I had a great experience with Radial Tire. I called on a Thursday to see if they had the four specific tires I wanted, and they confirmed they were available. By Friday morning, I was there getting them installed. What I appreciated even more was that during the installation, the team noticed something from a recent repair I’d had done elsewhere that wasn’t quite right and needed to be adjusted. They took the time to point it out, which allowed me to go directly back to the repair shop and have it corrected that same day. Great customer service from start to finish. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they looked out for me beyond simply installing four new tires. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Went in thinking my transmission was failing because gear shifts felt rough. They ran a full scan and road test before giving any conclusion. Turned out it was just low transmission fluid and a minor sensor delay, not a full rebuild like I feared. I appreciated that they didn’t jump to expensive fixes. Cost was still a bit higher than basic service, but honesty saved me from a huge bill. They explained everything calmly and didn’t rush the conversation.”

“I recently visited Volvo Silver Spring for regular maintenance. Jose has been my service advisor since I bought my car in 2023, and he’s consistently excellent. He explains any issues clearly, keeps me updated, and genuinely cares about the quality of the work. My experiences with Volvo Silver Spring have all been stellar. Extra note: During my last visit, I overheard Justin, another service advisor, calmly handling a very unhappy customer. I couldn’t hear the other side of the conversation, but it was apparent the person wasn’t holding back. Justin remained calm, friendly, and professional throughout. When he finished the call, he apologized to the next customer with a smile. Jose is my first choice, but Justin would be my second without hesitation.”

I really appreciated that they cleaned the interior of the car for no extra charge as well. Great communication and service!”

“I've been coming here for 30 or so years. We're now moving away and they're among the things I'll miss most. Totally honest -- will never recommend any unnecessary repairs, and all work is competently and quickly done. Friendly and straightforward. If they can't fix it, they send me to another local shop they trust (for tires, transmission, body work). The only drawback I've found is their limited hours -- no weekends, and their hours are more like 7:30 -4 than 9-5.”

“Great mechanics and great customer service! It took some time to source replacement parts for my very old car, but they were super communicative, friendly, and helpful through every step of the process, and tried to keep costs as low as possible. “I just got a Maryland state inspection here at Millie auto garage in silver spring MD. I’ve been living in this area for a long time, and I didn’t know that this shop was here. I also got an oil change at the same time because my maintenance light was on And the price was so much better than that dealership and where I usually go for oil changes for the same quality of oil. I’m very shocked and so happy. Ps. My car passed the inspection!!!”
