βI recently visited Volvo Silver Spring for regular maintenance. Jose has been my service advisor since I bought my car in 2023, and heβs consistently excellent. He explains any issues clearly, keeps me updated, and genuinely cares about the quality of the work.

Extra note: During my last visit, I overheard Justin, another service advisor, calmly handling a very unhappy customer. I couldnβt hear the other side of the conversation, but it was apparent the person wasnβt holding back. Justin remained calm, friendly, and professional throughout. When he finished the call, he apologized to the next customer with a smile. Jose is my first choice, but Justin would be my second without hesitation.β

βI had a GREAT experience with Superior Transmissions! I have an older VW and was told by another shop that the shifting issues were related to a bad clutch, but the clutch worked perfectly. After a little research, I determined that the issue was that the shift assembly was worn out. They rebuilt the shifter linkage, and it's been more than a year, and everything is working perfectly. 10/10β

βI've been coming here for 30 or so years. We're now moving away and they're among the things I'll miss most. Totally honest -- will never recommend any unnecessary repairs, and all work is competently and quickly done. Friendly and straightforward. If they can't fix it, they send me to another local shop they trust (for tires, transmission, body work). The only drawback I've found is their limited hours -- no weekends, and their hours are more like 7:30 -4 than 9-5.β
βWent in last week after I noticed a part under my car was dragging. They gave me a very efficient and helpful estimate, ordered the parts and then called me promptly when they arrived. After the parts were there, they got the job done the very same day and it was even cheaper than the estimate. I really appreciated that they cleaned the interior of the car for no extra charge as well. Great communication and service!β

βNot only did they get my car passed through MD inspection but theyβve handled all major maintenance on my vehicle since then. I have never had issues with any of their work and they have always been respectful, clear, and helpful. I especially appreciate that their service comes with detailed explanation of the reason for the work as well as images of my vehicle for reference. Not only do I get a fair estimate but I understand exactly why I need it and am free to make a decision for myself. I recommend them especially to anyone with an older car who would like to keep it on the road.β
βHad a great experience here getting a GX550! Edison was fantastic and kept in contact with us as we waited for our perfect vehicle to come available. We were able to test drive a loaner GX550 which is rare to be able to do (tried at several other dealerships). We paid list price for a 2026, nothing more despite the rarity of the cars. They offered 1k over any other dealer on my trade-in. Financing was low pressure with the add-on warranties that we waived. The dealership itself is very nice, nothing negative to say. Military friendly!!β
