“I had a GREAT experience with Superior Transmissions! I have an older VW and was told by another shop that the shifting issues were related to a bad clutch, but the clutch worked perfectly. After a little research, I determined that the issue was that the shift assembly was worn out. They rebuilt the shifter linkage, and it's been more than a year, and everything is working perfectly. 10/10”

“Went in thinking my transmission was failing because gear shifts felt rough. They ran a full scan and road test before giving any conclusion. Turned out it was just low transmission fluid and a minor sensor delay, not a full rebuild like I feared. I appreciated that they didn’t jump to expensive fixes. Cost was still a bit higher than basic service, but honesty saved me from a huge bill. They explained everything calmly and didn’t rush the conversation.”
“Excellent and efficient service. Quickly fixed an issue with my alternator. When a subsequent electrical issue arose, that looked at it right away and fixed it within the day when no other local mechanic was available for more than a week. Service was excellent and the price was very fair! Recommend highly!!”

Totally honest -- will never recommend any unnecessary repairs, and all work is competently and quickly done. Friendly and straightforward. If they can't fix it, they send me to another local shop they trust (for tires, transmission, body work). The only drawback I've found is their limited hours -- no weekends, and their hours are more like 7:30 -4 than 9-5.”

“I had a great experience with Radial Tire. I called on a Thursday to see if they had the four specific tires I wanted, and they confirmed they were available. By Friday morning, I was there getting them installed.
What I appreciated even more was that during the installation, the team noticed something from a recent repair I’d had done elsewhere that wasn’t quite right and needed to be adjusted. They took the time to point it out, which allowed me to go directly back to the repair shop and have it corrected that same day.
Great customer service from start to finish. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they looked out for me beyond simply installing four new tires. I’ll definitely be back!”
