Management and employees are ignorant and don’t care about helping you. They just want the sales and could care less about anything else.

Used to be able to get a full brisket here for a good price. I don’t live nearby so called ahead and was told they had full beef briskets in stock. Wasted about an hour driving there only to find they did not have full briskets. Won’t waste anymore time here.

My customer service experience was great. I haven't had any issues when visiting this location. The store seems clean and well stocked. ?
