DO NOT COME TO THIS ENTERPRISE OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! The staff here is incompetent, inconsiderate and very rude. They have absolutely no care or concern for their customers. They also lie and do not keep their word! This location is a disgrace and disservice to the Enterprise brand! I booked a reservation at this location and it was cancelled because I showed up 15 minutes late! The staff was cold and unprofessional and had no resolution to the issue. They told me they would work on getting me a vehicle and call me back. NO ONE EVER EVEN CALLED ME BACK! Just a bunch of lies! I eventually went down to the location on Baltimore Avenue in Laurel and Kenneth took good care of me and got me into a rental. If you need a car rental head to the Laurel location and ask for Kenneth and he will take care of you!

Let's start with the fact that I reserved a car for 12pm but I was 15 minutes late so technically they were closed. (My fault.) My frustration is that one can reserve a car for the very time they close but that's not the problem either because I should've checked the hours. Since the door was opened I went inside where there was another patron still being helped. My negative review is of the woman's terrible attitude. I begged her to do one more rental and she just gave me the blank F-you face with the hard repeated No. She could have been kinder is all. "I'm sorry we can't because XYZ" or "Maybe try another place that's open." She was just so unnecessarily mean and it only made my situation feel worse. I know I was at fault, but kindness and compassion go a long way as she has no idea what I was going through and why I was late. Anyway, I went to Budget and was met with much more positive energy... and got a rental.

The enterprise staff located in college park has always been amazing. I rent a car at least 6 times a year and I have ever had a problem at this location.

Slow, a lot of waiting in the empty office not knowing when an employee will show up at the counter. Really bad customer service/attitudes, like they're doing ME a favor by showing up. Also, the times I called, the phone just rang and rang, didn't even go to voicemail. And for a company with the slogan "We'll pick you up!" - they sure don't! Refused to pick me up from home to help get me to the business. Then when I brought the rental back, they refused a ride to the garage. I ended up paying for Ubers both ways, after my insurance adjuster and the garage had both said that Enterprise provides rides to and from. I don't know about other locations, but this is one to avoid. So frustrating!

I waited almost 2 hours for my car which had been booked by an insurance company. I called to confirm at 11am for a 1pm pickup. At 1pm: Nothing. Then talked to the manager who said she had no idea who I had talked to. Then she promised a car in 15 or 20 mins. Nothing. An hour later I took an uber over there and waited more. Drove off at 2:45pm. Don't promise what u cant deliver

I recently had an accident and was at the Enterprise to get a rental. I was greeted by staff and treated very well. Makeba was the employee that stood out. She helped me with returning the vehicle and she did everything with a smile. Thank you.

I recently needed repairs done on my vehicle, and was in need of a rental for a week. I just wanted to acknowledge the professional services I received from the staff here at this branch. Even when faced with circumstances beyond their control ( lack of rental cars to accommodate customers present on this day) they all remained compassionate, understanding, and calm when a customer was understandably frustrated. Great customer service is key for any business. Brandon and his team Tahylor, Kenneth, Trina, and another associate who was transporting customers from my auto body shop to enterprise (my apologies for not catching your name) all assisted me in some way during my rental experience. Thank you!

Best car rental experience. Avoid aggregations like priceline. Experience is smoother with individual cars.You also get free upgrades here randomly.Price they display is the price you pay.Avoid buying additional trip insurance from the counter. Alternative online options are much cheaper.

I had a great experience with this enterprise at College Park. Small problem with my car I had nothing that stopped me from getting where I needed to be. Neil Powell and Stefan helped me immensely, and because of those two and their great customers service I would rent here again in a heart beat. Thank you gentlemen

The staff is very friendly. When they are mobbed they communicate with everyone to let them know it'll be slow but they will get you in a car. They will call within 24 hours to let you know if they will not have a car. I watched them handle frustrated customers and people end content with everything. This may be one of the best Enterprise's I have been to. I hope they don't change.

Pretty good with their service and the cars are in well condition and properly handed over as well.This only improvement I see is with handling more than one counters at peak hours like the weekends.
