βBecuase my experience at Hyattville Truck rental was great I tried to rent a normal car at Wheaton Veirs Mill while my car was getting fixed but I cannot say anything positive about customer service as a senior who needed to be shown the ropes of a new car since I drive A 2012 vehicles . Very friendly staff but zero professional and thorough communications .β

βI picked up the Elantra from NEXTCAR at 10915 Georgia Ave in Wheaton. The location in Wheaton has an excellent team. Dauda is very patient and thorough. Jose pays attention to details that make a difference. Nick makes sure everything is in proper order. I have worked with all of them over time. The Wheaton location is my preferred place to get a vehicle. Yeme Tebje is most gracious. The commitment of everyone on her team to excellent customer service is a direct reflection of her leadership skills. She and her crew set an example that I wish other businesses would follow and fully commit to. Jack Fitzgerald would be very well pleased with how the team represents his own brand. They are preparing to move to a new location. It may be a bit of an inconvenience, but I will patronize them at their White Flint location if the team is there. They are that good. See for yourself. βI went a total of 25 miles, and the truck required 27.13 to refill. The gas was $2.79/gallon, its impossible to use that much gas for 25 miles. I spoke with the young lady when I returned the truck, but she said that there was nothing that she could do. I had the smallest truck at $19.95/day, didn't tow a car, and moved a 1 bedroom apartment in one trip. Something is not right. CHECK THE GAS, I DON'T THINK THE GAS GAUGE WAS CORRECT, IT SAID FULL TANK WHEN I GOT IT, BUT I DON'T THINK IT WAS FULL.β

The car was in very good condition, and we didnβt face any issues during use. They also explained everything related to the tracking and usage in a simple and clear way.

I had an amazing experience renting a U-Haul truck from this location! The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process fast and stress-free. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go right on time. Returning the vehicle was just as easyβquick and efficient with no surprises.

βThis was the best experience of ever had with U-Haul. The gentleman on the phone was more than helpful. I was able to easily make a reservation and get all the details prior to my pick up time. The representative was available and attentive during pick up time and walk me through the process seamlessly. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. βMy experience with this particular U-Haul location, is that I was treated like they value my patronage, they value me as a customer.
I rented a small size box truck to move my personal property to a new place, it was explained to me by the nice and friendly clerk the policy when I return the truck back during after hours but I forgot to use the app system to return the truck doing after hours. Because I forgot the system penalized me $23 dollars, when I explained the situation to Henry who is the manager the following morning, he credited me back the $23. To me that is CUSTOMER SERVICE.β

I was having trouble with my app, and without hesitation, Mr. Rick jumped right in with his great personality and willingness to help. Even when his computer started acting like my app, he remained patient and positive. The pleasant young lady stepped in right after finishing with another customer and quickly helped resolve the issue, making what could have been a frustrating situation completely manageable.
On my return visit, she just happened to be there again and kindly reminded me of the process. That level of consistency and care really stood out to me.
I truly wish every customer service representative was like Mr. Rick and that wonderful young lady. Their professionalism and kindness made all the difference!β

The person that worked with me was very patient and kind and understood my situation offered his condolences. The only complaint that I have is there sometimes the wait time is can be long. But all in all, I would highly recommend them and weβll continue to use them.β
βWell, the truth is that they never open the boxes, everything arrives complete, the only thing is that if it arrives too squashed and the box breaks from where it explodes due to the weight they put in themβ

βI called this office with a question not directly associated to this PENSKE office and they transferred me to the management. The manager then helped me resolve my issue by kindly providing me with the information that I requested and then some! These folks go above and beyond in assisting their customers! And from the looks of it, their trucks are always kept clean and well maintained! Two thumbs up!β
βI set up a reservation online and when I arrived just before closing, Sophie was friendly and patient. She explained everything, walked me through everything and was very kind. βThe first time I came to this location a gentleman was very helpful with us picking up an 8x4 to attach to my truck. He answered all worries and concerns, even reassured and taught us quickly how to back up with the uhaul. that was around 1 September 2024.
Here again 15 January 2026, helping out my father move, got a 10ft truck and an auto transport from U-Haul Andrews Air Force base where the guy placed straps on the auto transport incorrectly, by the time we got home they we completely off . We came to this location and Tony was so knowledgeable and again reassured and replaced the terrible straps and job that was done. Definitely gave us warm and fuzzies, I feel safer and more comfortable traveling across country.

βThe process of the rental was really smooth. It took me about 10-15 mins to complete all check-in procedures. Mr. Kamil was very helpful. About the truck, even though it was not sparkling clean, it was acceptable for the moving job.β
