Went here to see about home internet, they sold me on the 5g. Got the box today and it’s not connecting. Called support and they said the service isn’t available where I am. So beware, they will try and sell you things that you can’t use. Would not recommend coming here.

I do not believe any verizon location better than other verizon location. HOWEVER, you will have better chance at a Corporate store than authorized retailer store FOR SURE. It is the people you get to interact with and helped from. I am lucky that Johnathan W. helped me through my issue I did not know it end up being that complex, and I end up found out by overheard that he STAYED OVER TIME when I was walking out the store; so Thank you soo much for taking care of your customer until the end and getting questions and issues resolved. I was originally came in via appointment after calling customer service for checking on my phone and get it traded in. Johnathan was patiences with my poor memory on trying to get my password right. He was able to figure out my apple watch connectivity, network, and over plans. He tried his best to explain this complexity of the Number share, yet he did not have to. He checked my overall plans and see if there anymore ways I can save more monthly on my ends. At the end, he recaps what I need to keep an eye out for in billing, reminds me to notify Verizon if plans have issue, and print out for me the bills and notes with explanations for them with the recaps. I walked out a happy customer, knowledgable customer, and an aware customer and that was probably thanks to 100% Johnathan excellent service. Will update more once the plans set in motions throughout months. However, this Verizon store is very lucky to have Johnathan helping out customers with kindness and empathy. 11DEC2023.

The store manager, Alisha, is our superhero! Long story short, Verizon tech support made a massive mistake that caused us to lose our phone service. Alisha took care of us and solved the entire issue! She was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. It wasn’t her mistake, but she made sure it was fixed and taken care of. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I was the first customer of Sales guy Christian, I explained him of the issue. He was not at all intreasted to help me. people like him do not need to be in customer service. Very dissapointed.

Even the managers in this branch don't know about what they are doing and the Verizon policies. It's been the third time we are coming for a very small issue and every time they do suggest a different solution. We still have the issue!

I had such a great experience at this location. I was having terrible luck with Verizon wireless customer service via the phone and was instructed to do an in person visit. Upon arriving at this location I was immediately greeted and placed in the queue. I got the best customer service experience from Alisha. She listened to my problem, looked over my documents and immediately started to help me resolve the issue. Even after leaving the location she followed up with me and stayed in contact until the issue was completely resolved.

this place only handles mobile after the rep on the phone said they handle fios then was just given a paper and shoved out the door…staff acted like i got on their nerves and were uninterested in helping me at least call the other store beforehand. They were condescending and rude to say the least …almost cancelled my entire order because of this negative experience

If I could give no stars I would. This Location customer service is horrible. After waiting two hours for a phone upgrade I asked how much longer will I have to wait and I was told they don't know which is an unacceptable answer to a customer. There was six verizon staff on site but only four of them was with customer please make it make since.who do I need to call from corporate to get the store more staff because being a 18 year customer I never waited this long for an upgrade and was never updated during my two hour wait that it's would take 2 to 3 hrs to get service/help. As expensive as verizon is I do expect better customer service but I guess it time for me to look at a new phone company all together. Because I can't even get a phone call back from customer service about store issues. I will be posting this to all my social media hopefully someone from verizon corporate will finally reach out to me and fix the issues

ALEC was OUTSTANDING yesterday!He was professional, caring and knowledgeable! This Verizon College Park Team is always welcoming, Knowledgeable and helpful! I always drive a longer distance from my home inorder to go to this location...they are BEST of the BEST!

Messy sign up process. Pleasant sales consultant. Horrible CS from Verizon remote team and store management. Bad follow up.Been begging the Store Manager to contact me over an issue I have with billing. Dodging for weeks now. I mean, what are they there for if not to assist customers?

Worst experience ever, Jeff was my sales person and these people are scammers. Everything is a charge and they start adding services that I never requested nor wanted. $30 to set up each device which I wanted to do myself because I had somewhere to be. Also lying about protection plan prices. Don’t recommend.

Very nice stuff, not afraid to ask for help from their coworkers when they don't know something. Unfortunately there is no 5G signal in or around the store, so you cannot test the phone. Unacceptable in 2023.

Went to get a new phone. The person who helped me was on her phone texting someone else which was making the whole process take forever. Then my phone number would not connect in iMessage and they told me it would cost 30 dollars to set that up. Then told me to leave the store. Should be a 0/5, I cried when I left the store. Please never go here for your mental health.

This place has the best customer service! Glad I chose this store to come in. As soon as you walk in, you feel the mellow and friendly ambience. I was greeted by Colin the manager, who walked me through the best possible deals for my situation. Between him and Diana I feel like I had the possible customer service. I walked out with more than I initially planned on getting because they took the time to explain everything I wasn't certain about even though the store was starting to get busy. 100% plan to do all my Verizon business here.
