I was the first customer of Sales guy Christian, I explained him of the issue. He was not at all intreasted to help me. people like him do not need to be in customer service. Very dissapointed.

Even the managers in this branch don't know about what they are doing and the Verizon policies. It's been the third time we are coming for a very small issue and every time they do suggest a different solution. We still have the issue!

This store was good. I got a lot of help that I needed, and I feel that I was served well. I needed a new me Apple Watch and got just what I needed.
