I came by to get some stuff out of my unit and realized I left my keys out of state. Ken was incredible in helping me get into my unit and was the sweetest. I appreciate all the help and highly suggest this location if you need a unit.

This location is simply amazing! The Manager is so nice and helpful! I lost my storage key and he made the process of getting a new one so seamless and easy. Not to mention that it’s always clean and smells good! The customer service is top teir!

Extra Space Storage in Columbia is 2nd to none! I recently had a problem so I called and spoke with Mr. Ken and once again he resolved my issue and now I’m back on track! Walked by and went in Kenneth was super pleasant and knowledgeable about prices and unit size. The facilities are clean has carts to haul .We got a unit after seeing two sizes.
