I just left Macy Columbia Men’s department. Shawna’ was wonderful!! Tried calling her manager to tell her how great Shawna’ was and finally after 15 minutes of trying to get a human on the phone to locate her manager I gave up?
So sad you can’t connect with humans when calling Macy’s

I shopped for clothing there last weekend. I was able to find multiple pairs of jeans and a nice Inc. top in 1X. The worst thing is the lack of staff and the mountains of clothes left in the dressing rooms - unacceptable! Please hire dressing room attendants and limit the number of items that people can bring into those rooms that are in need of renovation. The fitting rooms are a disaster!

Can I ever get my order delivered to my car as you advertise? This is the THIRD time I had to come in and get my order. You have ONE cashier working ON A SATURDAY! Seriously? You have 3-4 during the weekday when the store is empty, but ONE on a primetime day? Does that make sense? You might as well take down those three signs for the pickup service and allow people to use them. We can't ever get car pickup at this Macys.
