I thought customer service was something of the past but Macy's in Columbia proved that it still is a service that has merit. Friendly, pleasant, helpful staff that are willing to make sure you get what you're looking for without you feeling like it's a bother. Jennifer was outstanding!

I just left Macy’s to go to pick up an online order. The woman that works there was very very helpful. She was the last there as well. I didn’t catch her name. It’s probably about 130pm on May 13th. Very polite and that is appreciated. Please know she is a gem.
