This bank it is supposed to be affiliated with the Direct express card... I also have a savings account there and when I try to get money when I get my check it always declines my card there sad

I needed guidance on making a withdrawal of most of the funds in an estate account, and how wire transfers are done when selling something expensive to a remote buyer. I'm trying to safeguard the funds in the event the buyer is fraudulent. Joseph was extremely helpful in explaining everything and handling the withdrawal.

My debit card had been declined on the crazy busy Saturday before Thanksgiving and I was in a mood -- quickly straightened out with good-humored, (though visiting bank manager Raheel Javaid from their Elkridge branch) -- Changed my antiquated view on the culture of banking. What a lovely person!!
