If they don't, which is hardly the case, they get back to me with the answer. Seriously, this bank I cannot say enough good things about them. I feel my money is safe, well protected and maintained. “Went to close my savings account, since is was forbidden to keep. Was well greeted at the door. Alexis Smith was very professional and went above and beyond to assist me with the transfer. She asked if I wanted to open a new account to act as my savings account, as to keep the money separately. I asked, would I get a new bank card since it's a checking account? And would they look different?Unfortunately the cards would look the same so she suggested to link the accounts. So I can keep one cards for both accounts. She also updated my account so I can receive the rewards. Overall, she was very knowledgeable and very courteous.”
“I went to this branch to withdraw some cash, and there was a line of several people. A female employee came out of her office to assist the people waiting in line in order to speed up the line. I wish I had gotten her name because she was very helpful in assisting me quickly.”
