“I don’t get all the poor reviews… I booked a truck with a car dolly and they then both ready and hitched up when I arrived. Guy at the counter was super nice and everything was as expected. The only negative thing I could say is that the car dolly was pretty old/worn and a little challenging to use. But it worked and I towed a car cross country with it.Great service, no surprises in price/product!”
“The pick up location was great, and picking up the vehicle was quick and flawless. The one comment I would make is that I wish the attendants would make time to take a look at the rentals before the appointment in case the windshield needs wiping down or the wipers need to have any debris (like fallen branches or flower petals) cleared off, or at the very least, have a look inside of the cabin area for any trash left by the previous renter. Other than that, no complaints.”

“I seriously cannot hype this place up enough. Renting and returning was super easy and convenient. Office is easy to find and navigate in and out of. The owner at the front desk is great. But thats just where it starts.
Their official helpers, Muki and his brother, were absolutely amazing. Super hard workers and really busting it to get everything done in a timely manner. Also incredibly nice and personable. I had to call them the day before a move due to help dropping out, and they showed up on time and ready to work.
I would seriously travel past a dozen other U-haul places to work with these people. Five stars plus another thousand.”
