“Mr. Smith, aka Smitty, was kind and treated me fairly. While in Easton, my car overheated. I checked Google reviews and decided to go to Advanced Automotive Services. I am so glad I did! I didn't call or have an appointment. Smitty and his team, greeted me, and helped me without making me feel like I was an inconvenience, because I was. He found the issue which was a pinhole leak in my coolant system and showed me the undercarriage. Because my car is still under warranty, he ordered a type of coolant not used by his shop. He filled my reservoir to get me home. This local business is top notch! I can't thank Advanced Automotive Services enough for their help in my emergency. Highly recommend! Definitely 5 ⭐”

“I recently had the opportunity to work with Mullkins Auto Body following an accident involving my 2017 Toyota Corolla LE. Despite having 135,000 miles, the vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the incident, when another driver backed into the driver’s side in a parking lot, resulting in approximately $8,500 in damage. The repairs required were extensive, including the front quarter panel, bumper, upper and lower grille, headlight and housing, and the passenger-side front door.
The claims process with the at-fault party’s insurance company took some time, and given the vehicle’s age, I was understandably concerned that it might be declared a total loss. Repairing the car was critically important to my family, as it is essential for my daily commute and for my wife to transport our daughter to school and medical appointments. The timing was especially challenging, as a major snow and ice storm was approaching.
Once Mullkins Auto Body was assigned to the case, their team immediately demonstrated professionalism and urgency. The front desk representative was exceptional—proactive, communicative, and genuinely empathetic. She ensured the vehicle was retrieved from the impound lot before the storm hit and kept me thoroughly informed throughout the process. When the initial estimate indicated the vehicle could be totaled, she communicated transparently while explaining that final approval rested with the insurance company. Shortly thereafter, she delivered the welcome news that repairs had been authorized—a tremendous relief for my family.
The repair process ultimately took approximately 11 days due to additional parts needing to be ordered mid-repair. Throughout that time, the team maintained consistent communication and provided clear updates. Most importantly, the quality of workmanship exceeded expectations. The vehicle was restored to a condition that rivaled—if not surpassed—its appearance when it was new.

“Had a blow out on Friday night in our rv got tire changed and waited for shop to open next morning to our surprise the were already working on cars before there scheduled start time drove in and was greeted by 2 employees that helped me they had a estimate drew up within minutes and they got me on the road in 45 minutes that's six tires mounted and balanced great people would definitely make this my shop if I was local thank you for your help and professionalism”

“My experience at the Easton Caliber Collision went very well.
They finished the repair on time (actually might have been a day early) but either way, sent me regular updates on the repair job via text message and called if they needed too. I had tried to get an estimate and repair through a body shop in Chester (Not another Caliber but rather a local shop) but was given the run around by its staff and management. When I came to Caliber, I was very pleasanly surprised and quite happy with their work. There's even an Enterprise car rental next door (quite convenient and handy if you're getting a rental car while they do body work on your vehicle)

“Mr. Rob has always done a good job for me. I remember when my brake line blew right next to his business at the Queenstown bank. I called him up and let him know what happened and he made sure he fit me in. And One of his mechanics whose name is Buddy fixed me right up. He also worked on my 2019 Ford f150 and service. The transmission which I know would be a pain in the butt but buddy got it done. They stand behind their work which is hard to find anymore these days. Mr. Rob is a pleasant person to talk to. Very respectful and we'll answer any question you have. I would recommend Rob's shop to anybody who needs automotive work. I can't say enough of good things about them. Whoever posts negative stuff about them. Well I don't know what to tell them. They've always been great to me and help me when I needed it.
