“Mr. Smith, aka Smitty, was kind and treated me fairly. While in Easton, my car overheated. I checked Google reviews and decided to go to Advanced Automotive Services. I am so glad I did! I didn't call or have an appointment. Smitty and his team, greeted me, and helped me without making me feel like I was an inconvenience, because I was. He found the issue which was a pinhole leak in my coolant system and showed me the undercarriage. Because my car is still under warranty, he ordered a type of coolant not used by his shop. He filled my reservoir to get me home. This local business is top notch! I can't thank Advanced Automotive Services enough for their help in my emergency. Highly recommend! Definitely 5 ⭐”

“My go-to car place for 15 years. ALWAYS perfect attention and management of my Mazda. I get a complete printable review of every part of the car and highlights and recommendations of areas that need attention. An e-mail asks for a 'go-ahead' ok before any work is started. A cost estimate is provided so there are no surprises. Most of all everyone is professional, polite and friendly. I'll be making my car appointments 10 years from now!”

“West OC MD Caliber gave me an estimate and ultimately came in below it which I know is unusual in the industry. They also had to ship it to their Easton MD location for the work to accelerate the timetable but everything was handled seamlessly. I got my truck back one day early and it looks great.”

“A shout out to this great garage. We moved here two years ago and have used this business for all our automotive needs - from my 63 f100 (for routine stuff) - to our daily drivers, these folks are knowledgeable, patient, and fairly priced. Today's brake service was no exception, done quickly at a fair price. Thank you!”

“I recently had the opportunity to work with Mullkins Auto Body following an accident involving my 2017 Toyota Corolla LE. Despite having 135,000 miles, the vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the incident, when another driver backed into the driver’s side in a parking lot, resulting in approximately $8,500 in damage. The repairs required were extensive, including the front quarter panel, bumper, upper and lower grille, headlight and housing, and the passenger-side front door. The claims process with the at-fault party’s insurance company took some time, and given the vehicle’s age, I was understandably concerned that it might be declared a total loss. Repairing the car was critically important to my family, as it is essential for my daily commute and for my wife to transport our daughter to school and medical appointments. The timing was especially challenging, as a major snow and ice storm was approaching. Once Mullkins Auto Body was assigned to the case, their team immediately demonstrated professionalism and urgency. The front desk representative was exceptional—proactive, communicative, and genuinely empathetic. She ensured the vehicle was retrieved from the impound lot before the storm hit and kept me thoroughly informed throughout the process. When the initial estimate indicated the vehicle could be totaled, she communicated transparently while explaining that final approval rested with the insurance company. Shortly thereafter, she delivered the welcome news that repairs had been authorized—a tremendous relief for my family. The repair process ultimately took approximately 11 days due to additional parts needing to be ordered mid-repair. Throughout that time, the team maintained consistent communication and provided clear updates. Most importantly, the quality of workmanship exceeded expectations. The vehicle was restored to a condition that rivaled—if not surpassed—its appearance when it was new. Mullkins Auto Body combines technical excellence with outstanding customer service. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care for their customers set them apart. I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality collision repair and a team that truly values its customers.”

“I accidentally got some rust remover on a patch of my passenger side door and I asked if they could polish it or sand it off. They were really nice, polished it in like 20 min and ended up charging me nothing for the job! Great people and great work! Couldn't recommend Lewis' Auto Body more!”

“Came here to get my car inspected and when it came time to pay, I couldn't find my debit card! They were very understanding and trusted me to leave to go get cash. Thanks also to the mechanic, who allowed me to correct an issue that otherwise would have failed the car. I will definitely come in here for any future needs!”

“I had a long experience with Integrated Collision after having my engine replaced, and I can honestly say they stood behind their work the entire time. I had to bring my car back a few times for additional repairs and adjustments, but they never gave me any pushback or hassle about it. They worked directly with GEICO and helped make sure everything that needed to be covered actually got taken care of, which made the whole process way less stressful on my end. What really stood out to me was their willingness to make things right. Even after multiple visits, they stayed professional, responsive, and committed to getting my car fully sorted out. I appreciate a shop that doesn’t disappear after the first repair, and that’s exactly what you get here. I’d definitely recommend them if you want a team that stands behind their work.”

“Patrick is so cool. He has an awesome dawg that is a German Shepard. I went there for help and my car wasn’t turning off like it would before so he didn’t want to replace the alternator because he couldn’t properly diagnose it. Which was nice because he didn’t want to waste my money if that wasn’t the issue. Still waiting for tow truck but while he was open and I was waiting I got to hang out with him and his dog and he gave me water and cookies :)”

“Absolutely wonderful experience. I had a laundry list of things that needed to be replaced on a vehicle I had just acquired. Phil was easy to get a hold of on the phone and very knowledgeable. He fixed everything in a more than reasonable amount of time the right way the first time. Phil and his family within the shop were very welcoming and I knew from the day I dropped the vehicle off I was in excellent hands. No one likes a broken car, but when my car needs repairs, this is the only place I will be using from now on. They have earned my trust.”
