“I purchased a vehicle from QCM about a month ago and, as cars sometimes do, a sensor went bad and needed to be replaced. I brought it to Lorelei, and within 10 minutes my car was being taken back for diagnostics, I had keys to a loaner vehicle, and I was already on my way to work.
Lorelei stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. QCM ordered the part directly from GMC, installed it, test-drove the vehicle, and had my keys back in my hand, all in less than 72 hours. Everything was fully covered under the QCM warranty, so I didn’t pay a dime, and my car is running perfectly.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received when I first purchased my vehicle, and I’m genuinely blown away by the professionalism, care, and dedication I experienced this week.

“Timbrook Honda knew I wanted an NT1100 and they made that happen. The NT1100 is hard to get in the US right now. Justin Nichols was a great salesman and his final walkthrough knowledge was excellent. This is an electronic/computer heavy motorcycle and his instructions relieved my fears over the controls. Folks at Timbrook are always friendly. This was my 5th motorcycle in 4 years.”
“We were travelling from the northern VA area to Oklahoma for a big bass tournament when all of a sudden we started loosing air pressure in one of our truck tires. Stopped and tried to fix it ourselves with a plug to no avail. We called around and the first 3 shops we contacted were either too busy or just plain rude. Then we found Smitty's, which was only 8 miles away. We arrived and were immediately put into a bay. We didn't even have to unhook the boat which was a plus. Four Smitty's employees went to town on our tire. This is some of the best customer service and professionalism I have ever experienced. We were even asked if we wanted the spare put back up under the truck. They dismounted the tire, plugged it with a patch/plug from the inside, mounted and balanced the tire, and then put it back on, tightening the lug nuts to the proper torque values (actually used a torque wrench). We were on our way back down the road for Oklahoma whithin what had to be less than 30 minutes. Oustanding service and the price was way less than expected. If you ever have any tire issues while traveling down I-64, definitely give these guys/gals a call.”
“Lifesavers ran into some truck issues that took us off the roads , And all I can say these guys came through quick and efficiently got us up and running in no time same day , really nice guys with excellent customer service and knowledge of deisel trucks ,we will definitely be using they service again when in the area would recommend to anyone in the area with any type of deisel”
