I know close to nothing about cars and he was honest with his opinion and did not try to just make me spend thousands on repairs that were not necessary. “If I could give 10 stars I would this place did a amazing job on my exhaust it was rusted out in one place and the pipe broke also I had a broken exhaust hanger he welded a brand new hanger onto my exhaust and put a brand new piece of pipe where the old one rusted out The welds were really really good some of the best welds I've ever seen in my life and he did it for a really good price if you need exhaust work done I would definitely go to this place”

“Bill Dee was amazing - again - to work with (for another family member) on the second purchase of a new 2025 Maverick in about a month's time. “I went to Bedell Automotive to get a second opinion and a diagnostic for some problems that the Honda dealership alleged that my car had.
What impressed me most about Bill at Bedell Automotive was that he took the time to go through the maintenance history and information about the car to diagnose the issues I had with my Honda - and was able to clearly show that the issues that the dealership was saying I had (suspension, rods, ball joints) were not founded. And he didn't charge me just for taking a look like the dealership did.
Bill also took the time to look up the Honda technical service bulletin for my car for another issue - which the dealership didn't entertain at all - and we came up with a plan to address it at a later date.
Can't recommend Bedell enough. These are the sorts of honest businesses we should be supporting.”
“Had a great experience. Was shopping around, told Justin and the Sales Manager exactly what I was looking for, and my budget, and they found me 2 options. Both were nice but one had the Remote Start, which is one of the features I was looking for, so I bought that one. The financing was done and ready for me to sign by the time I got to pick the vehicle up. Was able to get me a 3 year warranty and gap insurance and still stayed withi n my monthly budget.”

“Took in our Honda Fit after someone backed into it in a garage. I am very satisfied with our experience at Canby. The whole staff, and especially Mike, were pleasant and wonderful to work with. they had great communication. They repaired our vehicle on time, which was amazing since it was around Christmas that I took it in, the total bill was very close to the estimate, and it looks brand new. I highly recommend Canby!”

“Very pleased with the work they did on my car! In the past year, I've visited them 3 times with my car. Inspection/ tires put on, steering alignment, and steering cuppler replacement. Each time they have been very professional and helpful. The mechanics definitely know what they're doing and are fair with their prices. Each time I've called my car was able to go within the next week. I really like that the mechanics are the ones you talk to on the phone when you make appointments. They answer any questions you have unlike other places that have receptionists that don't know anything about cars. Will continue to go back to Del Haven.”

“Ask for Cliff! If you have high expectations and low tolerance for runaround, Cliff is your guy. My car was in the shop for nearly a month due to a mistake the shop made (not him), and I was understandably VERY frustrated. But Cliff was responsive from day one. I’m talking replies within the hour. He kept me updated every step of the way, never made excuses, and took full accountability for the delays.
To make up for the inconvenience, he went above and beyond by offering (I asked) complimentary services — without me having to fight for it (after asking). He just did it because it was the right thing to do.
As someone with high expectations and high anxiety, having someone communicate honestly and consistently made all the difference. Cliff kept my faith in the shop intact throughout the entire process. If you want someone real, honest, and solution-focused, go to Cliff. You won’t be disappointed
