We as humans often are quick to complain when we do not receive outstanding customer care. To that end - I am quick to recognize when it is provided.Deepa Thapa, Krystel Cortes and Melissa Polistin are on top of the "Customer Care" game. They flat out just know how to treat customers. I wish I can give less than one with the attitude of the teller very disrespectful, bad attitude and word, hitting the counter and jumping from her sit for a single question I asked her. I don’t know why the branch manager is not taking any action. I saw this kind of comment from other customers too.

The Manager Deepa is clueless. Told me that I could not obtain a POA on a IRA account. Spoke to the IRA department and they told me that of course that I could access an IRA account as a POA. Bank of America never ceases to disappoint me.

I went to the bank yesterday without an appointment to perform a wire transfer. I didn’t realize I needed an appointment but the bankMembers were incredibly helpful and took care of me . Thank you too everyone there yesterday around 2:30.

I came two days ago to get a cashier's check, and the Latina that was working there was amazing. Such awesome customer service. I came this morning, she said hello and remembered me. However, the woman who helped me had a bad attitude and wasn't friendly at all. Please explain to her that on the very rare occasion that I need to visit the branch, and not bank online, I don't want to have to deal with her disgruntled attitude.

If I could give it a negative score, I would! Shutting down at 1p on a Friday for a lunch break?! It must be nice! 10 of us are standing in 100° heat outside your business trying to give you OUR MONEY! Completely unacceptable!
