And this place is definitely understaffed. I’m sure that’s why I had the problems I had in the first place. They really need more people there. It’s a bustling business. I guess the owners are just greedy and don’t want to hire someone because of their bottom line. Nick gets five stars, the owners of this place get one star.

My previous review:
This location is understaffed. And they don’t maintain their vehicles. I was originally given a jeep compass, but it did not have a spare tire. I asked them several times to give me a spare tire, they refused, saying it was up to Mr. tire and they had no control over it. So instead, they put me into a Toyota RAV, which is a piece of junk. There is literally a whole torn into the carpet in the driver side between the brake and gas pedals. You can see the Styrofoam padding. It’s a good 6 inches across.

It also sounds like something is wrong with the muffler and it stinks of cheap air freshener. I have to drive with the windows open. I hate this car.

As the response to this review suggested, I called the Customer service line. Somebody answered the phone and took note of my concerns. They said a district manager would call me back soon. Still waiting.”

“I had an accident and totaled the vehicle I was given as my company vehicle. When I got to work the next day my boss told me to book a rental vehicle with Budget Car Rental. I booked the vehicle and went to Budget Car Rental in Bowie MD. From the minute I walked in the door I felt comfortable. The lady at the counter, her name was Tiffany, made everything seamless and stress free, which I was happy about due to being in an accident the previous afternoon. She did everything right to make sure I was taken care of, offering water and making sure I was in and out of there quickly. Tiffany is a wonderful customer service representative for Budget Car Rental, she does her job thoroughly and seamlessly. What was supposed to be a short term rental turned out to be 5 1/2 months and every time I went back to renew my rental agreement I was met with her smile and asking what she could to to make my day better! I've even been back to visit her and may have brought her some nice treats! I feel like I've made a friend. I give Tiffany @ Budget Car Rental 5 Stars, she deserves a raise or promotion!!
