“When I visited Annapolis a few months ago
Hertz remained my only option to rent a car as other companies in the area were booked solid. Because the ratings online are mixed it left me unsure of what to expect. I am really glad it worked out the way it did. Keidra and another staff member were really accommodating toward me. I sincerely appreciate the feeling of home away from home that you provided. Although the kindness of the staff made my experience a positive one, I do think a little more attention to the upkeep and overall presentation of the location and vehicles would make the experience even better.”
