One time the rates were raised right after I opened/deposited and the CSR was happy to give me the new rate. Thank you I'm a little worried from reading the other reviews, but so far... I'm pretty happy with them. The only drawback on their CDs is that the early withdrawal isn't so graceful.”

“Small and convenient for those who live, work on post. I live nearby and always use the drive up ATM which helps me avoid having to go inside. When I do go in the reps are always very nice and helpful. Keep in mind the hours are limited but there is another NFCU nearby in Odenton (same shopping area as WEIS, Chesapeake Dental, Transformations gym).”
