“I had to assist my young adult child with finalizing paperwork on a approved auto loan. We went on a Saturday late morning. The branch was welcoming the lady who checked us in was friendly. It wasn’t a long wait before being called back. The representative who handled the paperwork was very friendly, thorough in explaining everything and answered all questions. What she couldn’t answer her associate came in and helped. Everyone we interacted with (4-5 different people) was professional and helpful.The process was painless. I would definitely return to this branch again.”

“I just went into the NGFCU website. I do this several times a week and it has drastically changed and NOT for the better. Now if I wanted to see everyone's accounts I have to toggle between three (3) pages of screens. Why are ALL these options now on the main screen when I look instead of segregated! THIS IS WAY, WAY TOO BUSY!!! I understand change and usually, I find pros and cons. I can find no pros to this change. Further, I snip and clip the transactions into a document electronically for future reference and mark notations next to the transaction line items regarding what was purchased and/or why money was deposited or transferred. Further, now there is tons and tons of unnecessary white space spreading these transactions down multiple screen pages. If I want to print the newly captured line item transactions (which previously were in straight lines right under each other) I now have to waste two (2) to three (3) times the paper and printer ink! Is the credit union in cahoots with the printer suppliers? This new website is an extremely backwards step and is detrimental to productivity as well as costly to the consumer from a printing aspect and printing supplies aren't cheap! I have been with the credit union since I started work in the area for many, many, many years ago. My mother had accounts there when I was a child and I have now worked for my company for 40+ years with an account there. I have gone through many revamps and upgrades through the years. I have never had one that I absolutely disliked the way I do this one! What a sad day for website updates!!!!!!”

“Fast professional service. I handled my auto loan refinance online and then came inside this local branch to pick up my check. Quick and very efficient. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. The customer service representative was also very much helpful. I also appreciate the additional measurements they are taking with following the COVID 19 safety guidelines.I can definitely tell management is doing a great job with leading and educating, training staff. Navy Federal is my go to for all of my banking/financial/ business services needs. I would humbly like to suggest maybe adding water bottles in the lobby as a courtesy to customers. Even if they can’t drink inside the branch. (Masks on) Also maybe adding automative night lights outside for drive through. Keep up the great job.”

“Small and convenient for those who live, work on post. I live nearby and always use the drive up ATM which helps me avoid having to go inside. When I do go in the reps are always very nice and helpful. Keep in mind the hours are limited but there is another NFCU nearby in Odenton (same shopping area as WEIS, Chesapeake Dental, Transformations gym).”

“I've been a member with NFCU since 1997. Not all branches are alike. This particular branch has friendly staff and offers professional and efficient services. I've interacted with their staff for a car loan and check deposits. I've been satisfied with services so far. They even have snacks for their customers. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work.”

“MY NAME IS NIKIA JEFFRIES. I’m currently experiencing an issue with a ATM machine malfunction. That happened on January 26, 2024. After filing a claim immediately over the phone. The next business day 01/29/2024 I attended Glen Burnie branch in Maryland. Where I was told, there’ s nothing much that could be done for me other than filing a claim. I immediately asked for the branch management. I was later, assisted by Miss Ebon’e J. The Acting branch manager who I truly believe went beyond and above to assist my necessary needs. She made all the necessary calls and emails. She was understanding, patient, and professional. Navy Federal credit Union will always have a recommendation on my behalf to my fellow, coworkers, families, and friends. I pray that all management are just as concerning.”

“my budgeting skills are near absolute garbage, so their online/phone call options to ask questions are very friendly, provided you are not rude (go figure). in terms of account opening and card renewals, the proces for me has been favorable all times i've done it. recently i had an issue i had accidentally overlooked and several insufficient funds fees incurred. their policy is they can forgive up to three of those in a given span of a year (determined from the last used reversal). I like the staff and how they handle things, and they are very helpful.”

“Recently moved to another state and needed the title to my car to transfer license plates. Me being me and waiting till the last minute, I was told it would take about 5 business days for my title to be processed and mailed out... at that time my tags would be expired. Tamaya and Laura in the loan department got my request and I explained to them the problem I put myself in, that morning. Later that day they called to inform me that they were able to get it processed and my title would be mailed via fedex to the DMV here. I cannot thank them enough for their work and making my stress diminish! You two seriously are my saviors! Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!”
