Horrible place. Not sure how are they still in business. They never pick up the phone. You have to go always in person to talk to someone. Staff rotates constantly. Waste of time.

2nd time in 2 weeks passport camera/ machine is not working employee said . Everything seemed fine while I stood there waiting for 10 mins . Sounds like a McDonald's Milkshake excuse .
