I was on hold for over 90 minutes. I finally just gave up. I’m pretty sure they didn’t help the two people ahead of me, they probably just gave up too and hung up. I’ve been in the store before and watched them just ignore the phone as well. It’s a terrible location

This Walgreens needs to fix their processes! My daughter had a vaccine appointment for 3:30pm, it’s 4:16pm and we still waiting. While waiting I have witnessed several people complaining about the same thing…. Their medicine was supposed to be ready and it’s not.

I just wanted to say that I know your workload is extremely heavy and you are working as hard as you can. I appreciate you and the great service you have given me and my family. I wish your company would provide you with more staff. Thank you for taking care of me and my family.
