Narrow walk ways, the staff seem to be overworked by management, and a broken AC. A few days ago, paraned came to take an employee to the hospital who passed out from hear exhaustion. It's a shame, they have a nice selection, but the treatment of the workers is inhumane.

Super disappointing donation experience today. Waited outside the donation doors for 5 minutes for someone to come out and couldn’t find anyone to help with donating or to provide a receipt. Decided to circle back after stopping into the store & still no one outside to help us.
