“I love going there. It has a special spot in my heart because of where the proceeds go but there are fabulous treasures to be found and great sale prices to. It’s well organized and the staff is amazing. Visit often . You won’t regret it”

“Great club, especially if you like the concept of an outdoor range and private membership, i.e. you get to know the people you’re shooting with. Very economical, if you’re serious about your shooting and don’t need to rent your gear. Lots of support from fellow members and a chance to try out new things like archery and precision shooting. Membership is open to the public, even though it’s private.”

“This group is doing a service for the community! Bowie has far too many people discarding their cats that become the victim of nature, street accidents, and have tons of feral cats! Give them your support!!”

“For more than 5 years my boyfriend and I enjoyed Food Truck Thursday. It was a pleasure to visit the Firehouse parking lot, donate to the Boot or Bucket, grab dinner, speak to locals. It was fun. My favorite Truck was the Korean Fusion and my boyfriend’s was the H&H Grill Truck. Last week I attended Food Truck Thursday and came face to face with ONE of the Anne Arundel County Police Officers who used excessive force on me in my home while my boyfriend was out of town on a work trip. Doesn’t matter the situation, it’s too distressing for me to have to see someone in my community who should have been there when it comes to Protecting and Serving and wasn’t and instead was quick to Judge and traumatized me instead. We, my boyfriend and I, will continue our donations to the Volunteers, why should they suffer for the actions of others. Take care and stay safe.”

“I registered to volunteer, unfortunately, with covid restrictions I can't. However, they need donations of certain staples, no clothing, etc. Give to the local goodwill instead”

“Daniel loves the Zoom activities with OBI. Being able to see his OBI friends and all the different options available was such a help during the worst days of the pandemic. The outings he goes on in the community are a very exciting part of his week. He enjoys being able to pick and choose his activities. OBI offers something for everyone, no matter the level of their disability. Daniel continues to participate because he loves the programs so much.”

“Typically this store is great and the staff is amazing. Recently it’s started to look even better too. HOWEVER, recently they hired a new dude who is terrible with customers. He has the worst people skills I’ve ever seen. It’s so frustrating having to interact with him. When I’m waiting in line and see him I hope someone else finishes first. But, he’s just one person and everyone else is great and super helpful.”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Michelle Macey. I saw her when I was first diagnosed in 2014, and she thought to test me for MTHFR. It turns out I was compound heterozygous (the worst kind), and I started supplementing with folinic acid. Now it has been 8 years, and I am only getting better and better. I still take a low dose of my abilify, but finding that out was soo important to my well being. Thank you Michelle!!”
