Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center is a long-standing nonprofit chain offering a variety of pre-owned clothing, furniture, housewares, and more. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, particularly in the boutique area where many find suitable business attire. The store has convenient donation hours, especially on Saturdays until 4 PM, although potential donors should expect a wait. While some shoppers visit weekly, opinions vary about the store's organization. Many find it disorganized, with racks either too bare or too crammed, making browsing difficult. A notable complaint is the absence of restrooms, which can be inconvenient for those who spend several hours shopping. Despite these issues, some customers continue to return due to lower prices compared to local competitors and occasional finds, including DVDs and household items. However, others express frustration over high prices for items that may have defects or be of low quality. Additionally, there are concerns about the organization of clothing sections, with items often misplaced. Overall, while Goodwill has its strengths, including a friendly staff and a good selection, it also faces challenges in store organization and pricing that affect the shopping experience.
The staff leave you alone which makes it not stressful and awkward. I get a lot of my clothes here. However, prices have definitely gone up a lot.

Narrow walk ways, the staff seem to be overworked by management, and a broken AC. A few days ago, paraned came to take an employee to the hospital who passed out from hear exhaustion. It's a shame, they have a nice selection, but the treatment of the workers is inhumane.
