“I had a rough start in the beginning. I was scheduled to move on 12/30/24, but because of the first driver Maurice who falsely reported I wasn't ready. Maurice came with helpers who began to place my items on the hand truck, he called them outside and was absent for over 1 and 1/2 hours. He asked if I received a phone call from the company. I received a call after about 2 hours and was told I was not ready because I had Target bags on the floor etc. I immediately got into a heated conversation with Philip in the office about not being ready and it simply wasn't true. I was rescheduled for Jan 06, 2025. I had to reconfigure my whole move because I had already surrendered my apartment. I was able to speak with the landlord and stay for the extra time.
On 1/6/2025, I was moved by Johan who was professional, personable and understanding. He is the reason I am giving the company 5 Stars. He made me feel confident, although the weather was terrible for traveling. I drove in the snow to SC and Johan delivered my furniture promptly on Wednesday 1/8/2025. Again, he and his team were very professional and efficient and operated quickly.

“If you are ever in need of a moving company, don't look any further. From start to finish, everyone involved was spot on. They came out and went through every room and gave me an estimate. In doing my research, I found that most places wanted me to tell them what I had and then gave me a price which was way below the price of VIP. I found out why, these companies give you one price and when they get to the destination, they hold your furniture hostage until you pay more money. Not VIP, they came out, looked at everything and gave me a quote. My move was expensive but it was worth every dime. I honestly felt like a VIP with them. It is an honor to finally have a company I truly feel good about. This company is amazing!!”

“They are really nice very helpful. All of them have been very good. Every time I visit this is my second time and they know what they’re doing as long as you provide the correct information you can get out of there quick. The only problem is getting in and out if there is a traffic it’s hard to maneuver I’m talking about a semi truck, so just know what you doing. Where are you going? Which the door get your information before you even pull into the dock or to the area it’s very hard to back in and out out of there, if you know what you’re doing is gonna be very simple but delicate because a lot of traffic in there a lot of cars parked. I have done it twice very quick and nice because I’ve been here before and I know it just keep an eye out for all they are great customer service they do have.”
