“Good Company. I bought a Schutt F7 helmet with an EGOP III Facemask. The order didn't take long at all but the facemask was missing from the order. I called them and they immediately sent another on the spot with no questions asked. I can appreciate a company who owns a mistake and immediately makes it right with the customer.”

“Haven't been into the store yet, but did have a super positive experience calling in with a question. The shop picked up the phone quick, a super positive woman took my question about 44mm tubeless valve availability, she quickly checked and let me know what they have. It's pretty rare anymore to call a local business, even the smaller ones, to field your call with such a positive and helpful demeanor. I'll be headed there after work to pick those Muc-Off valves up, and I'll definitely make it a point to shop there first even if I can get it cheaper online. I'd rather always pay more for every purchase to have resources like this shop available locally.”

“Came in to exchange a gift that was the wrong size and luckily Kev was there. My girlfriend had bought the gift through instacart and while we threw hoops and hurdles at Kev (because of it being instacart) he not only got the exchange to work but he handled it professionally and honestly. He communicated very effectively and was precise and clear. He actually jumped over to help his coworker who was originally helping us. “Stopped by to grab 2 new pair of shoes.Fern and Samantha were awesome.Got home, changed, and went to pick up my 3yr old from daycare. As I'm picking him up, we noticed one shoe had a small blemish.I didn't have the box, I was literally wearing the shoes, and we live 30 min away so I stopped by the store just to see what we could do. Totally figured I would have to come back with the box but I rolled the dice anyway.They waved as I walked back in, as we had a great chat earlier, and I showed them the issue. None of us noticed until after the original sale. Best exchange I've ever experienced. We all got a good laugh out of it, they swapped them out and fixed the issue on the spot. “I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Kayden at Under Armour — hands down one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them.
He was super efficient without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and knows the brand inside and out. “I was disappointed to hear DSG put a national pause on offering military discounts. This was a reason I choose Dicks over other competitors. I
hope they honor our military by bringing this discount back soon. On another note, Ray had outstanding customer service. He called me Sir and asked how I was doing while I was choosing an item. I showed him two products I needed and he personally walked me to both areas making my shopping experience efficient. This level of customer service is uncommon and refreshing. “This footlocker is on the smaller side but they have great customer service each time I went and would answer any questions I had without a problem. There is very limited parking in the front of the store but plenty of parking in the back and it is free.”
“I want to first of all thank the staff at the store in Annapolis they try to do a great job everyday got to make sure you're picking up those cards from the front doors and also why in God's Good Earth would you change the croissants that you were selling before these new ones that you now carry are awful if $0.49 isn't the right price find the right price bring back the other croissants Goose taste like cardboard”
“I have been to a couple fundraiser hockey games here over the last few months. Plenty of seating in the stands and room to stand around the rink on the glass. Although itnalways has a long line and slow service, they do have a concession stand. I have never skated here but it seems to be a great place to hold charity hockey games and support a large crowd.”
