“Landen was awesome. I’d be doing an injustice if I didn’t say he was the best salesman to work with. Both Landen and Mike are easy to work with and want you to walk out with a new set of wheels. Can’t thank those guys enough.”

“Will come back and refer anyone to this place 100%. They've always done well for me over the years but today, they TALKED ME OUT OF buying a new battery when they saw mine was only low on charge when I was in a rush. They refilled and recharged it at no cost, and it works good as new. Jason and the guys are great”

“Driving through on the way to Ohio and overheated. They were so extremely helpful, even with towing recommendations. Once the vehicle was there, they immediately started diagnosing and fixing the problem. They had me back on the road in an hour and very affordably. I can't say enough good things about CHP. Wish they were closer to where I live but might be worth the trip! THANK YOU”

“Always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Rocky does great work at fair prices. He has always been honest and makes sure I understand what he is doing and what is entailed. No surprise unnecessary repairs. He also is an advocate for the children's hospital and kids in the community. All-around good guy. Support your local business!!!! 5 STARS!!!!!”

“I could leave a bad review for....basically every other auto parts store lately. It seems like everyone else has two options these days: Wait for shipping, or pay WAY more to get an inferior part locally with a side of poor service. But then there's Fisher. So far, I've had good service, they seem fairly priced, and even out of stock parts they can get later the same day. I hope they stick around!”

“I just purchased a new/old stock Honda from Timbrook. I was looking for a particular Honda online and they had three. When I first made an offer I didn't hear back from them. With Covid and the holidays and me being out of their state, I wasn't too surprised. Jimmy called last week and we made a deal over the phone. He got me a great price on the three year old but brand new bike I wanted. I flew out to IAD, rented a car I could turn in at Cumberlund a mile from their dealership and drove the bike home. It had been prepped properly, had an almost full tank of gas and ran flawlessly. They had a great selection of cycles, ATVs and side by sides. Friendly people in a small town on the edge of the Appalachians. I would highly recommend them.”

(not sure if they are allowed to) A+ to these two gents and Napa auto parts store”

“Someone tried to steal my car, but the joke was on them because my battery was dead! Apparently that made them mad because they ended up doing a couple thousand dollars worth of damage. Steve at Timbrook is who I communicated with. When I picked up my car, I honestly felt like I was driving a new car. It was clean and fixed, and even felt better while driving. I am SO pleased with the job that was done. They couldn't have been any nicer, and so easy to work with. Many thanks to the staff at Timbrook. All future work will be coming your way. Thanks!”
