“I would like to share my experience at Timbrook Kia. I arrived on a Saturday and the dealership was very busy. All the sales associates were with customers and some had multiple customers. Allison, my sales associate, was in the later category with several customers, however she took the time to introduce herself, ask me a few questions, and said to look around and she would be with me ASAP. I was appreciative of her kind approach and agreed. I was actually shopping for my first hybrid electric. She was extremely helpful, always going above and beyond with what I needed. “On our way home from DC, we determined a new alternator was needed. None of the auto parts stores had one in stock and if ordered, it would be 3 days to a week before it would arrive. We went to Auto Zone and they told us they could get one by 2pm the following day so we ordered it. It arrived at 9am this morning! Since we are traveling, we didn't have all the necessary tools with us so they also let us borrow the tools needed to complete the job. We are so grateful for the team of employees who waited on us. Special thanks goes to William Hardy, Marc H. and Daryl. Without these fine people, we wouldn't be heading home now. If you are ever "broke down" in Cumberland MD, go to 1209 National Hwy.”

“I just purchased a new/old stock Honda from Timbrook. I was looking for a particular Honda online and they had three. When I first made an offer I didn't hear back from them. With Covid and the holidays and me being out of their state, I wasn't too surprised. Jimmy called last week and we made a deal over the phone. He got me a great price on the three year old but brand new bike I wanted. I flew out to IAD, rented a car I could turn in at Cumberlund a mile from their dealership and drove the bike home. It had been prepped properly, had an almost full tank of gas and ran flawlessly. They had a great selection of cycles, ATVs and side by sides. Friendly people in a small town on the edge of the Appalachians. I would highly recommend them.”
