“All of the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. They work as quickly as They can to get your prescription filled, they're humans. Every month I prefer a certain brand of my medication, and I just remind them when I'm about to refill, and they order it for me so it's there when the day comes. Each member of the staff is friendly and always talkative to their customers and knows most of us by name, that means something to us.”

“I love this pharmacy and all of the employees are wonderful but I just have to complain about the new automated phone system. Never had any issues with the old one, but the new one is horrible. I called and put in my Rx # 3 times fir my refill and the system said it could not be found. Called back 1hr later and got it on the first try. Also the new system doesn't give you an estimate of when your Rx will be ready. It wasn't broke so why did you fix it??”
“Potomac Valley Pharmacy is a hometown Pharmacy.
They have a really big selection of greeting cards, chocolates, and their prices on over-the-counter items are fair and compare to other places.
Many of the items are less expensive here than other places.
The best part is the wonderful Customer Service.
All of the staff, and pharmacists are busy, taking care of customers needs, whether by phone, delivery, or in store.
I always try to shop and do business locally.

“I’ve been using this Pharmacy for quite some time now and I have to say it’s the best I’ve found in the area. The employees in the pharmacy are ALWAYS kind and helpful and never display outwardly when they are having a rough day (and I’m sure they do…we all do).
The reason for only 4 stars is because on one occasion a pill that I don’t take ended up in one of my refill bottles. I called the Pharmacist and advised what it was and that my main concern was that the extra pill I received was a benzodiazepine and if it belonged to someone else then they were going to be short on their meds. Issue was resolved and it was determined that the extra med was from order prior to mine and must have been left in med machine tray, then got put in my order. This is why anyone on RX medications needs to know their meds or have someone who does, and always count your medications when you get home.”
“I’ve been using PharmaCare on Bedford Road for as long as I can remember and I’ve always found they went over and above for their customers. It’s comforting to know the staff on a first name basis and they are always friendly and helpful. I wish they would return to their pre-Covid hours or just extend them a bit. Sometimes it’s hard to make it there after work or on a Saturday. They are no longer open on Sundays either. Other than that, they are my go to pharmacy!”

“Clean. Organized. Friendly staff. Self-checkout is easy enough. Never had any NFC, physical card, or other payment issues. A little higher priced but the points for gas (or groceries) more than makes up for it.”
