Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is much more relaxed than the post office in my region. Highly recommend!”

I didn't have my stuff ready but she was patient and helped me get everything i needed. I went 2:30 on Friday and her name started with an M i believe. If only everybody could be that nice. “I sent a priority envelope to my grandson for his 10 birthday in Olney MD, but he never received it. I tracked it through their 800 # and eventually found out it was delivered. After some general call backs from agents Kelly from the Olney MD office retrieved the package. Thank you Kelly so much!”

“Applied for a passport, and had an appointment around lunchtime when the facility wasn't very busy. The USPS employees were pleasant to deal with. Had to leave a positive review to balance out some of the negative ones. I think that sometimes negative reviews can paint a skewed overall impression of the usual experience, as people tend to not leave reviews unless something unusual happened (and "unusual" when it comes to post office stuff almost always means "bad".)”

“I expected my order to be delivered. I waited over 2weeks for it. It was due to arrive today and I find out at 7pm, that it was returned to sender at 4pm. WTH Damascus. The money that one pays to live here, can we get our delivery on time? Can you attempt to call us or try to deliver it again before you make the independent decision to return to sender? Did it ever occur to you, that maybe....just maybe...you should try again? At least once. It's only the same address for the last 4years. I mean, hell you finally stopped sending other mail out but to heck with what we actually order.Update to 4stars: As of 27 February, all has been made right with me and for me. I understand personnel are new and for the lack of my understanding that was displayed. I apologize for all things. It could have been said better, considering the platform used. Forgive me and I will do better moving forward.”
