The office is small, clean and cozy, and cutely decorated for St. Patrick's Day. The customer before us was also very grateful for how quickly she helped him. Highly recommend this location!”

“Very nice and professional staff. I had an issue with the package that was supposed to be left at the door but required my signature & permission on a pink form. I left that form on the door, it was taken but the package was not delivered. The Germantown branch, with the help of the customer service , Angel Reid & the mail carrier of that zip code, solved the issue in less than a day. I have been using usps for at least 20 years and had an issue only 2 times and even these 2 times it was resolved in less than a day. Both times with Germantown office. And whenever I do a business inside the branch, everyone is very polite and helpful.”

But the staff still checked everything for me and made sure I had the right documents, fees, and address. Based on my experience here, they know what they're doing with passports.”
