“This Harris Teeter is my favorite grocery store!
They have a great selection of fresh produce! I look very closely and examine it carefully. Occasionally, produce marked down on sale may not be as fresh, but most stores do that. I have to say the onions, potatoes, fresh herbs, almost all of their produce beats most comparable stores in freshness.
I am always greeted by friendly, helpful employees. They have a wonderful attitude and make the shopping experience very nice.
I have requested a few items to be stocked at this particular store. They now have everything I love to buy.
The discounts are excellent.
What I also love about this store is how clean it is inside, I usually see employees cleaning and surfaces, which makes this a really beautiful grocery store.”

“Kings Craft is a fantastic spot with a unique setup – not only a great selection of craft beers and wines, but also a bar where you can enjoy them on-site. The live music on Fridays really brings the community together, creating a warm, family feel that you don’t often find. Love that it’s family-owned, too!”
“My spouse and I have been clients since they opened the store over twenty years ago. First, the service is excellent, even when they get exceptionally busy, they work hard to interact with each customer. Their staff are wine and beer lovers themselves, therefore they are better prepared to assist in selecting a bottle of wine. Our visits to the store are more than ducking in to buy a bottle of wine, cheese, appetizers, soup, or a gift - it’s an experience. The folks there are more like family to us. Regular visits to the tastings (Thursday Night Open Bottle; Friday Night tastings, Saturday afternoon tastings, as well as past classes, and dinners) have allowed us to meet new people, make new friends, and hear some great wine stories. It’s a social experience for us. They are also family friendly including the doggos (the regular pups know about the treats).
You won’t find a Two Buck Chuck or Boone’s Farm Country Quencher (dating myself, I know), nor do they carry wines you can find next door at Giant, etc; they do try to meet clients at their price point. If you buy at one of the tastings they offer a discount on those wines. They also feature two craft beers every Friday night.
Another bonus to us is being able to support a local family owned business.”

“This restaurant is quaint and filled with quirky French country decor in a cute venue outside of Occoquan, VA. I've been twice this year now, and both times it was full and lively, bordering on loud, but not what I'd call crowded or too loud to carry on conversation.
The food was excellent, with each person in our parties raving about appetizers and enjoying their entrees. Desserts are all prepared excellently but classically (this is French country style, not trying for Michelin innovation, microgastronomy, or deconstructed dishes here). I'm getting hungry again just thinking about our meals as I write this.”

“I had a great experience at Montgomery County Liquor & Wine in Downtown Rockville. I was looking for a bottle of Cynar I couldn’t find locally. A friendly staff member offered to help, he looked it up in the system, found it at the Aspen Hill location, called them for me, and gave me the address.
When I got to Aspen Hill, the woman at the register said, “I set your bottle aside — we’ve been expecting you.” That kind of thoughtful, above-and-beyond service is rare these days and really stood out.
Huge thanks to both locations — I’ll definitely be back!”

“I moved here from AACO and I am not use to the beer, wine, and liquor being in separate places. I am so accustomed to going to one store for everything. I do like this place though, it's always well stocked and clean. They are always staffed well even like the day before a holiday and they are located in a good area with plenty of parking.”

“i had the most impressive experience at the Sterling, VA store. I needed to return a product, and I had thrown away the receipt. Laura, had such incredible patience with my situation. She tried multiple ways of locating my credit card. I led her on a wild goose chase, thinking I had bought it in the store, and as it turns out, I bought it online! “I had the opportunity to visit this store today looking for a bottle of Jerez and the cashier Ms Ada was super helpful, she also took the time to look on internet to find this type of product after realized the Jerez is a type of Spanish brandy , they didn’t have there but she suggested other brand of brand and it worked so nice my guesses love it with the paella that e prepared, Ms Ada thanks ! I will come back to this store for sure. I did have 4 starts and not 5 because they didn’t have the Jererz.”

“Today was my first visit to this store (I usually go to Grape Escape). I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! It was nothing fancy but a lovely little shop with pretty congruent prices VS other shops in the area. The attendant was extremely kind and helpful, Purchase was simple and he didn’t look at me like I was some sketchy teen buying for his younger siblings pool party (i’m in my mid 20’s) overall recommend for those looking for a quick bottle or can. Love that they sell soft drinks and snacks too! 10/10! ?”

“Convenience location with parking. They seem to reorganize and rearrange on the regular though. They dramatically reduced the wine selections in recent years, added alot of canned cocktail, really dumbing down the selection.”
“This is a jewel that nobody knows about, and Montgomery County doesn't seem interested in helping you find it. One of the best MoCo liquor stores. Wonderful staff. Shelves always ordered and full. I now do all my alcohol shopping here, as it is closer and even better than Muddy branch. Give it a try! Prices are the standard MoCo prices.o”
