It doesn’t feel like you’re at a dealership but more so a place of tranquility because it was so peaceful and quiet. The atmosphere was welcoming. The employees were kind , personable, understanding, patient, honest and professional. Compared to other experiences I’ve had at other dealerships where i felt like I was attacked by piranhas based on how salespeople bombarded me for a sale. I didn’t feel measured here at all. That is always a plus when it comes to customer service. Made feel welcomed when I arrived at the dealership. especially when you are in the market of buying a new or used vehicle. He was very informative based on my budget and helped me. I had made an appointment with him in the new year after my tax refund. Khoa's a nice guy and will help you out in all ways that other salesman usually doesn't, meaning he doesn't just want to sell you a car, but he values you as a customer and new friend and he wants to help you make sure you get what you want for the budget range you have. Everything was very convenient. I went in with the car and title. Left with a higher payout than the Kelley Bluebook offer and Carmax offer! Ms. Torres worked quickly, and I so appreciated her professionalism and respectful mannerisms. Thankful for the quick and convenient sale. “I hadn't ever been to Laurel Car Wash so I wasn't really sure how it worked. So imma explain it if you're stupid or from the West Coast like me. LOL. They do EVERYTHING and you wait or shop around for the time being. You pay AFTER the service is done and they were very kind to vacuum out my baby's car seat when I asked them to. They also went above and beyond and dusted off my dashboard and I upgraded last minute to get my car polished for 10 dollars. There was still a little window smudge but overall I think they did excellent.Services: Polishing”
